1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms govern use of the INFRATECH EXPO 2027 website and general exhibition enquiries, registrations and participation, except where a separate written agreement provides otherwise. Accessing the website or submitting information constitutes acceptance of applicable website terms. Commercial participation may require additional signed agreements.
2. Legal Identity
EXPOTECH is the legal business name of the organiser, while EXPOTECH is the trade name used by the same business undertaking. References to EXPOTECH, EXPOTECH, the Organiser, we, us or our refer to the same undertaking, not separate legal entities. INFRATECH EXPO 2027 is an exhibition name, not a separate legal entity. This description must be verified against business registration records.
3. Reservation of Rights
EXPOTECH reserves all rights concerning the planning, organisation, administration, promotion and operation of the exhibition, subject to applicable law and binding written agreements.
4. Modification, Rescheduling and Cancellation
For legitimate operational, commercial, safety, regulatory, venue, security, public health, force majeure or other reasons, the Organiser may modify, postpone, reschedule, relocate, suspend, restrict or cancel the exhibition or related activities, in whole or part. Changes may affect dates, times, venue, layout, stall allocation, speakers, programmes, facilities and visitor access. Prior permission is not required where law and agreements do not require it. Reasonable notice of material changes will be given where practicable or required.
5. Participation Approval
Enquiries, registrations, applications or payments alone do not guarantee stall allocation, sponsorship rights, admission or participation. Confirmation requires applicable written approval and compliance with relevant terms. Participation may be refused or revoked for legitimate reasons including safety concerns, misconduct, non-payment, misrepresentation or legal restrictions.
6. Exhibitor Obligations
Exhibitors must comply with applicable laws, safety rules, fire and electrical requirements, product regulations, venue instructions and required licences, approvals and insurance. Exhibitors remain responsible for their products, staff, demonstrations and representations.
7. Visitor Obligations
Visitors must follow admission requirements, security procedures and lawful venue instructions. Entry may be restricted for legitimate safety, security or misconduct-related reasons.
8. Sponsorship
Sponsorship deliverables, exclusivity, payments, cancellations and benefits are governed by the relevant signed sponsorship agreement.
9. Payments and Refunds
Fees, taxes, payment schedules, cancellation charges and refund eligibility are governed by applicable written agreements and law. Nothing excludes mandatory statutory rights or remedies.
10. No Guarantee of Results
The Organiser does not guarantee visitor numbers, exhibitor numbers, business leads, sales, orders, revenue, partnerships or commercial returns. Published targets are estimates, not confirmed achievements.
11. Force Majeure
Performance may be affected by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, public emergencies, transport disruptions, venue unavailability or other extraordinary events. Rights, refunds and remedies remain subject to applicable law and agreements.
12. Third Parties
Third-party products, services, claims and transactions remain the responsibility of the relevant third parties. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the Organiser is not a party to independent exhibitor–visitor contracts.
13. Intellectual Property
Original branding, content, designs and materials owned by EXPOTECH are protected by applicable law. Unauthorised commercial reproduction or exploitation is prohibited except where permitted by law or written permission. Third-party rights remain with their owners.
14. Photography and Media
Event photography, filming and recording may take place for legitimate documentation and promotion subject to applicable privacy laws, notices and permissions.
15. Website Availability
Website services may be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults or security measures; uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Organiser is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or speculative losses, including anticipated profits or business opportunities. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Indemnification
Commercial participants may be responsible, to the extent permitted by law and relevant agreements, for third-party claims and reasonable costs caused by their unlawful conduct, negligence, infringement or breach of obligations.
18. Insurance and Property
Participants should obtain appropriate insurance for their own property, staff, equipment and activities. Responsibility for damage is determined under law and relevant agreements.
19. Communications
Operational communications may be sent for active enquiries, registrations and bookings. Optional promotional communications are subject to applicable consent or other lawful basis; acceptance of these Terms does not itself grant marketing consent.
20. Amendments
Website terms may be updated from time to time; existing contractual rights remain subject to applicable law and relevant agreements.
21. Severability and No Waiver
If a provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful. Failure to exercise a right does not automatically waive it.
22. Governing Law
Indian law applies. Mandatory statutory jurisdiction and dispute resolution rules prevail; commercial contracts may contain specific jurisdiction or dispute resolution provisions.
