1. Scope
Applies to exhibition participation, sponsorship and paid services to the extent incorporated into the relevant agreement.
2. Exhibitor Cancellation
Submit cancellation requests through official channels. Charges, deadlines and refunds follow the signed exhibitor agreement and applicable law.
3. Sponsorship Cancellation
Payments, deliverables and refund rights follow the signed sponsorship agreement.
4. Rescheduling
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, bookings, transfers, credits and refunds are governed by relevant agreements and applicable law.
5. Event Cancellation
Affected participants will receive applicable arrangements within a reasonable period. Refunds or other remedies, if due, follow applicable law and agreements.
6. Force Majeure
Events beyond reasonable control may affect delivery. Contractual and statutory rights remain applicable.
7. Third-Party Expenses
Independent travel, accommodation, freight, staffing or other third-party costs are not automatically reimbursable unless agreed or legally required.
8. Visitor Registration
No registration-fee refund applies where visitor registration is free. Paid visitor services will disclose terms before payment.
9. Requests
Refund requests must include booking and payment details. Approved refunds are processed under applicable procedures.
