3. Exhibition Stall Bookings

Submission of a booking enquiry or application does not automatically constitute confirmation of exhibition space.

Stall allocation, confirmation, location, size, category, pricing and other participation conditions shall be subject to the applicable booking confirmation, agreement, invoice and event-specific terms.

EXPOTECH reserves the right to accept, reject, modify, relocate or cancel a booking in accordance with applicable event policies and agreements.

4. Payments

All payments for exhibition participation, stall bookings, sponsorships, registrations, advertising or other services shall be made according to the applicable quotation, invoice, booking confirmation or agreement.

Additional taxes, applicable charges or administrative fees may apply where specified.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund matters shall be governed by the applicable booking agreement, confirmation, invoice and event-specific cancellation policy.

Refund eligibility, cancellation charges, administrative deductions, transfer conditions and applicable timelines may vary according to the relevant event and participation category.

Where event-specific terms are separately communicated, those terms shall prevail.

6. Intellectual Property
